What to Expect

Our menu is inspired by the heart of Italy and the bounty of West Michigan.

Each dish begins with local farmers, producers, and purveyors—honoring their craft through time-honored Italian techniques. We imagine the perspective of an Italian immigrant arriving in West Michigan, discovering its markets, and transforming its ingredients into the flavors of home.

The result is a menu that celebrates heritage, place, and the simple beauty of cooking with what your region provides.

The Allora Beverage Program

At Allora, our cocktail menu is designed as a simple journey. A progression of flavors and feeling, inspired by the structure of an Italian opera. Each act has its own personality, giving guests an easy way to explore the menu based on where they are in their evening.

Act I — Bella Brezza di Mare

The menu opens with light, refreshing, coastal-inspired cocktails. Bright citrus, gentle bubbles, and clean, breezy flavors set the tone for the night and echo the spirit of Italian aperitivo.

Act II — Classico

Next comes with our take on timeless classics. These cocktails feel familiar but are refined with thoughtful technique and subtle Italian influence. They are comfortable, balanced, and always well-crafted.

Act III — Esperienza

This act invites you to explore. Here we lean into creativity, unexpected combinations, and more expressive flavor profiles. Each cocktail offers something a little different, perfect for guests looking to try something new.

Act IV — Finale

The final act closes the evening with depth and warmth. These cocktails are richer and more indulgent, ideal for after-dinner sipping or a memorable last drink of the night.
